In your day to day, you will :
Navigate diverse online tools and resources such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM to uncover potential customers
Venture into the realm of cold calling, reaching out to potential prospects and showcasing Smith's exceptional value-added services
Qualify leads meticulously, extracting precise requirements from customers to ensure we are delivering the perfect solutions
Harness your expertise in price negotiations, staying abreast of market trends and ensuring favorable agreements for both parties
Collaborate closely with our Purchasing and Distribution teams worldwide to maintain a keen understanding of inventory levels and ensuring prompt order fulfillment
Nurture and cultivate long-lasting customer relationships, demonstrating empathy, commitment, and the ability to tailor solutions to your customers’ unique needs

A natural ability to connect with customers over the phone, building rapport and forging lasting relationships
