Key Account Manager - German Speaking (m/w/d)

Tasks

How you create impact at CONROO?

• Build meaningful and strategic relationships with customers
• Lead customer onboarding experiences
• Validate and identify customer needs and potential challenges to ensure a great customer experience
• Engage and nurture your customer portfolio through day-to-day communication to maximize adoption and usage
• Work on cross-functional projects with product, tech, and operations to improve our products and deliver more value to our customers
• Identify and present up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within your customer portfolio

Requirements

What you need to succeed?

• Client-facing experience in managing a customer portfolio
• Customer-centric mindset with a hands-on entrepreneurial attitude to drive results and achieve goals
• You have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to develop your accounts further
• Team-oriented work attitude and strength in communication
• A never-stop-learning attitude and a desire to learn and grow
• Fluent in German and English
