Pioneer Account Executive - Germany (Remote) - HR tech

Role Description : As the first sales hire within the company, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our client's business alongside the founder.
This is a full sales cycle role offering significant freedom and trust to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads via email outreach, social media, targeted calls
- Develop and implement effective lead generation methods.
- Represent our client at industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements :
- 1+ year of SaaS closing experience, ideally within HR tech or Legal tech
- Native fluency in German and good level of English.
- Willingness to travel to events.
- Experience with CRM, ideally HubSpot.
- Track record of closing deals ranging from 10K to 50K ARR.
