About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for recruitment projects across diverse business units, playing a key role in shaping our hiring success.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, executives, and sales teams at both birkle IT and Career Factory, bringing innovation to our recruiting methods and a dedication to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruiting : Be responsible for our hiring process and handle end-to-end recruitment process, starting from application receipt to final offer including screening, interviewing and hiring great candidates ensuring every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome of their application.
- Active So urcing and Networking : Actively source candidates through diverse channels, including direct outreach, job boards, networking channels and referrals.
- Client-Focused Recruiting : Stakeholder management, including collaboration with hiring managers to define key hiring needs and identify what makes the best candidate for each role.
- Process-Driven and Results-Oriented Proactively optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience, enhance hiring manager satisfaction, and implement industry best practices to streamline hiring techniques, reduce time-to-fill, and boost efficiency with the latest tools and strategies.
- Data-Driven Approach : Tracking the recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) using the ATS to optimize processes and ensure recruitment goals are met.

Your Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally across both agency and in-house settings, focusing on tech roles in IT, software engineering, or related fields.
- Strong experience in sourcing and attracting talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and specialized tech communities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
- An open minded, motivated self-starter who efficiently manages priorities and deadlines independently, with a strong drive to enhance recruitment processes and keep abreast with talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal / external stakeholders and senior leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Already based in Berlin, fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
