As Head of Operations , you will oversee and optimize our operational functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we grow.

You'll lead problem-solving efforts, manage high-stakes projects, and foster a high-performing team. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvements and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Tasks

• Operational Leadership : Address operational challenges, manage crises, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Process Optimization : Design and implement scalable, data-driven workflows and automate processes to enhance productivity.
• Project Management : Lead large-scale initiatives with detailed planning, resource management, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

Operational Problem-Solving : 3 years' experience in strategic or management consulting (e.g., top consulting firms), with a proven track record of 1-2 years in startups.

Skilled at solving complex problems and managing crises effectively in agile environments.

• Process Optimization : Experience in building and optimizing scalable processes in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Knowhow of Airtable / Zendesk Sell is highly preferred.
• Project Management : Strong project management skills with experience in planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Team Leadership : Successful track record in leading and developing small, high-performing teams.
• Vendor Management : Extensive experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and external partnerships.
