Aufgaben

• Collaborate closely with our Founders to develop and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy encompassing SEO / SEA, offline marketing, CRM, and lead partnerships
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team in close collaboration with the Founders and Head of People
• Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience while analyzing market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities
• Create and manage the marketing budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize impact
• Build and nurture relationships with media, partners, and customers to enhance our visibility and influence
• Provide insightful reporting to investors and stakeholders, showcasing marketing successes and strategic initiatives

Qualifikation

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within a startup or dynamic environment, showcasing a blend of strategic thinking and operational expertise
• Proficiency in German, enabling effective communication within our team and with partners
• A proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including SEO / SEA, offline marketing, CRM, and lead partnerships
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on fostering talent density
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, enabling informed decision-making for impactful campaign execution and growth opportunities
• Excellent communication skills to build and nurture relationships with media, partners, and customers, enhancing brand visibility
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize marketing impact
