For thisinternational and very successful company we are looking for theCorporate Internal Audit Manager (m / f / x) - Laboratory ServicesLocation : Munich Your Responsibilities : Assist the Group Head ofInternal Audit in developing an integrated, value-adding auditfunction, in coordination with the Group CFO and other Group / localManagement as applicable.

Participate in the setup and updates ofthe Annual Audit Plan. Lead in organizing, conducting, anddocumenting financial and operational audits of various businessactivities, processes, controls, structures, and records to verifytheir accuracy, integrity, efficiency, and compliance withpolicies, procedures, and regulations, i.

e., to evaluate andimprove the effectiveness of controls, risk management, andgovernance processes. Ensure that the Internal Audit function actsas a strong, independent, and objective assurance and consultingfunction.

Manage the audit findings log to ensure appropriateInternal Audit follow-up with local management to ensure correctiveaction plans are implemented appropriately.

Regularly present thework performed by the Internal Audit team to the Country / RegionLeadership and Audit Committee of the Group.

Perform specialprojects as deemed necessary by management (at least 20% of yourtime will be dedicated to projects related to process and financeoptimization).

Liaise with other Group Finance functions (GroupAccounting, Treasury, Tax, etc.) to enhance internal controlguidelines. Coordinate with Group Legal and Compliance oncompliance findings.

Coach and lead a team of co-sourced auditors(1 to 2 external Juniors and / or Seniors). Your Qualifications : Strong competence in external / internal audit within aninternational audit firm.

Preferably experience in internal auditin an international group. Full professional proficiency in writtenand spoken English and German;

any additional language is anadvantage. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Leancertification is a plus. Business partnering and strongcommunication skills : listening, adaptability, and interactionskills with senior management.

Dynamism, precision, and persuasiveabilities. Ability to work under limited supervision with latitudefor initiative and judgment.

Excellent report writing andpresentation skills. Rigorous, with attention to detail and theability to see the bigger picture.
