Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development of scalable, robust systems with a strong emphasis on GoLang and related technologies.
• Drive the architecture and design of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across all products and services.
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the engineering roadmap, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
• Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, helping them grow in their roles and contribute effectively to the company’s success.
• Oversee the recruitment, retention, and development of top engineering talent, building high-performing teams capable of executing on the company’s vision.
• Implement and refine engineering processes, tools, and best practices to optimize productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and the overall direction of the company.

Required Experience :

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing and scaling engineering teams.
• Extensive experience with GoLang, including deep knowledge of its ecosystem, concurrency model, and performance optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance systems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, mentoring, and leading engineering teams, with the ability to scale teams effectively as the company grows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives.
• Experience with modern software development practices, including CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is highly valued.
