- Open-source $18 billion Germany is the 2nd biggest market globally for the number of downloads.
- Crossed $230 million in ARR 50% of F500
- 40 customers spend 7 figures.
- 100 spend over $500k.
- AOV- $180k ARR
- Behaving like a public company with the goal being an IPO within 18 months
The Role :
- 1st Enterprise Account Executive based in Germany
- Driving sales of innovative solutions to enterprise-level customers in DACH
- Be a growth expert, with a strong personal network and the ability to generate your leads
- Follow a repeatable sales process, with a strong focus on MEDDIC methodologies
- Responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, and being able to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with our sales leadership team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue goals
- Customer-focused, experienced in ROI-based methodologies, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy interacting with clients and have a resourceful nature. Be a problem-solver with a positive attitude and ability to motivate others
- Able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once
Experience Needed :
- 3+ years of experience in the Enterprise space
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience closing 200k+ ACV deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at enterprise-level
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Fluent German is required given the territory
