We're looking for a dynamic Senior Operations Engineer to be a key player in our high-performance team!

What you'll do :

• Own customer issues : Take the lead in tracking, managing, and resolving customer problems, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Problem-solver extraordinaire : Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot service issues, and keep the wheels turning smoothly.
• Escalate with ease : When problems need expert attention, you'll work closely with internal teams, following established processes to ensure rapid resolution.
• Master of monitoring : Keep a close eye on SLO alarms and error budgets, responding swiftly to incidents and ensuring uptime.
• Automation champion : Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation to boost efficiency.
• Support superhero : Manage support tickets like a pro, meeting SLAs and keeping clients happy.
• Blameless post-mortems : Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

What you bring :

• A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations or production support (Linux experience is a plus).
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Proxmox, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and more.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Bash, Go, or Perl).
• A team-first attitude with flexibility and a passion for 24x7 support.
• Strong German (B2) and English communication skills.
