We are looking for a local sales manager to create new relationships with our customers (starting in Munich, Germany) and to maintain long-term trusting relationships with our partners.
The expected role is to actively seek new sales opportunities, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and partners.
What you will do....
- Manage both the development of new sales opportunities in Germany market as well as existing lead / sales pipeline
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline and marketing strategies for short / medium / long term in accordance with targets defined in the German market
- Maintain customer success and relationships during the contracts, managing key indicators and the customer experience
- Manage direct sales process, including sales pitch content improvement, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and partners
- Manage relationship and motivation of our partners, aligning our short / medium / long term target with our partners
- Manage sales process of our partners, including sales training, providing sales materials, leads qualification, and customer support if required.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience....
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience including experience in directly exploring new sales opportunities
- Passionate to learning and exploring new areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external communication
- Able to build a strong network with KOLs and end users
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German
- Familiarity with working in a start-up’ environment
Additional Qualities....
- Experience in selling radiology equipment or AI-based software / IT
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (word, excel, and PPT)
- Experience in managing and motivating distributors
- Experience as the customer-facing leader responsible for a fast-growing SaaS business or related technology
- Experience working autonomously from a home office
