Who are we looking for?

Business Overview

The Electronic Materials & Micromax business delivers advanced materials and solutions supporting semiconductor fabrication, PCB manufacturing, printed electronics, discrete devices, and advanced assembly applications. The Micromax commercialization model integrates Sales, Technical Business Development, and Technical Service to enable solution-led growth.

Role Purpose

Drive growth across a defined geographic or market territory through new customer acquisition, balanced with retention and growth of existing customers. The Territory Manager role is primarily growth‑oriented. Heavy focus on prospecting & exploration of new accounts while ensuring coverage and needs or customers within the territory are adequately served.

What will you be doing?

This opportunity is home-office, anywhere in Germany.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver against sales and growth targets for assigned territory
• Retain and grow customers within territory scope
• Identify, prospect, and convert new customers
• Build reasonable customer relationships and application understanding
• Capture and communicate VOC to internal stakeholders
• Ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction across territory

Scope & Experience

• Proven hunter with strong prospecting and conversion success
• Typically supports 20+ accounts
• >3 years experience in a similar territory or hunting role

Time Allocation

• 50% existing customers
• 50% new customers
• ~20% focused on new applications or markets

Who are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or chemical engineering or similar technical fields or 3+ years’ experience in commercially oriented roles within electronics industry, including business development, sales, or technical service.
• Customer‑Centric & Curious: You actively seek to understand customer processes and success metrics, turning insights into practical, value‑adding solutions.
• Results‑Driven: You set ambitious goals and deliver on them—balancing growth, margin, and service excellence.
• Clear, Persuasive Communicator: You can simplify technical concepts, craft compelling business cases, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

What competencies will you need?

• Experienced selling and objection‑handling skills
• Medium‑to‑high technical competency
• Demonstrated cold‑calling and need‑uncovering capability
• Consistent quota achievement
