Role Overview :

We are seeking two talented Senior Fullstack Engineers with strong backend expertise to help shape the future of the company’s technology platform. As part of a small yet dynamic team, you’ll work on building new applications and modernising legacy systems using cutting-edge technologies such as Next.js , React , and Node.js . This role offers the opportunity to work in a cloud-native environment, leveraging Azure , Kubernetes , and Docker , while contributing to a mission-driven company focused on sustainability and technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and scale backend and frontend solutions, with a strong emphasis on decoupling legacy systems and modernising the tech stack.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and cloud teams to deliver industry-leading software and data solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices in development, testing, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD).
• Support the migration of systems to the cloud and contribute to optimising cloud-native environments.
• Drive innovation in engineering excellence and ensure high-quality delivery across all stages of the software lifecycle.
