We zijn op zoek naar een Nederlands sprekende Recruiter voor ons team. Deze functie is volledig op afstand, waardoor je overal ter wereld kunt werken.
Je dagelijkse taken zullen het zoeken, interviewen en aanstellen van kandidaten omvatten. Ook zul je nauw samenwerken met onze HR-afdeling om de wervingsstrategieën te optimaliseren en te zorgen voor een vlotte onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.

Vereisten
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Ervaring in de werving en selectie
- Uitstekende communicatie- en organisatievaardigheden
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken
- Bereidheid tot reizen voor de initiële training
