Your Tasks

Thanks to you, we know how to handle our customer data securely, efficiently, and value-creating, both now and in the future.

You analyze and evaluate requirements carefully and ensure not only availability and consistency but also compliance with regulatory needs.

• To this end, you oversee our customer data risk guidelines as well as all significant changes to the customer data model, assess and approve them and document all relevant information carefully, transparently, and comprehensibly.
• This way there is no doubt who is responsible for what. And if there are any questions? You are our competent point of contact for all ING departments which need access to business banking customer data.
• You are always aware that customer data is a business product. That’s why you develop, maintain, and improve its management continuously, prioritise the backlog in tandem with the IT department and in doing so, turn customer data into an invaluable cogwheel in our business banking processes.

Your Profile

• Degree in marketing, economics or similar or a comparable qualification
• Comprehensive relevant professional experience, expertise in the banking and fintech markets as well as in handling customer data (including GDPR, KYC, etc.)
• Affinity with professional banking (self employed / small & medium companies) is highly valued
• Practice in working in agile teams
• Analytical-holistic way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written
