Your Role

With you as our Executive Assistant everything runs smoothly at Neuraum. You’re a real organization talent, supporting the founders managing their time and coordinating their exchange with our parent company and other stakeholders, making them more productive by being a strict gatekeeper and enabler.

But you’re also the good soul of the company and support our team by providing a healthy and fun working environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Calendar management. You support our three managing directors in their day-to-day operations with organizational tasks, such as planning appointments and organizing meetings.

You are the direct interface between the founders and key stakeholders within our mother company and externally.

Preparation. You create briefings, presentations and decision templates and pre-select incoming mails. You help with ad hoc projects and drive initiatives that enable us to perform at our very best.

Your responsibilities also include researching, analyzing and preparing information.

Office and Team. You make sure our office is a healthy, warm and fun environment by coordinating external suppliers or stocking snacks and drinks.

And you support in organizing great team events.

What You'll Need

Experience. You have worked as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position, bring experience as Event-, Hospitality- or Office-Manager or have somehow proven your organizational talent in another environment.

Organization skills. You have excellent organizational skills to keep tabs on all calendars, live projects and to-do’s. You constantly learn and embrace context switching and change in your job description.

Communication skills. You’re fluent in English and German (>

C1) to comfortably communicate with everybody in and outside of Neuraum.

Service Orientation. You have a customer service mindset and the willingness to support where needed. You ensure that the management and the team are equipped with the tools and resources to do their job.

Digital Workspace. You worked with the Google-Suite or Office 365 and feel comfortable with online tools for research, bookings, payments etc.

Positive mind and spirit. We’re a friendly and fun team, looking for like-minded people : Low ego and the ability to laugh at oneself while making others feel appreciated.
