Tasks Drive Bookings : Your primary goal will be to rapidly increase studio bookings. You'll strategize and execute targeted campaigns to attract new clients and fill our schedule.

Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns : Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and local channels to boost visibility and engagement.

Partnerships and Community Engagement : Build relationships with local influencers, wellness businesses, and potential partners to drive awareness and new customer acquisition.

Track Performance : Monitor marketing and sales data to optimize campaigns and quickly adapt strategies to maximize conversions and bookings.

Local Market Knowledge : Utilize your understanding of Berlin’s unique culture and market dynamics to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the city’s audience.

Requirements Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, ideally within the wellness, fitness, or lifestyle sectors.

Demonstrated ability to drive bookings and meet targets, with a results-oriented mindset. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media and online advertising.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage local communities and partners. Fluency in English is required;

at least conversational proficiency in German is preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, adapting quickly to evolving challenges and opportunities.

Proven experience working within Berlin’s local market, with a deep understanding of the city’s culture, customer base, and business landscape.
