Technical Assistant (m/f/d) Phytopathology
We are looking for a Technical Assistant (m / f / d) for all activities in the field of phytopathology at our headquarters KWS SAAT SE & Co.
KGaA in Einbeck , Lower Saxony . This exciting position is open-ended and full-time.
The following tasks are waiting for you :
- Support for rearing insects, fungi inoculum production, and multiplication of other pests and pathogens
- Preparation, setup, and execution of various laboratory tasks
- Support with greenhouse and field experiments
- Analysis of soil samples (nematodes)
- Documentation using laboratory software
- Quality and process management
- Support for other phytopathological activities
With this profile you fit the position :
- Completed vocational training in agriculture or natural sciences or a comparable higher education degree
- Experience with plant pests and diseases desirable
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Office software
- Commitment, willingness to learn, flexibility, and initiative
- Effective communication and strong ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
