Job Description
Development, implementation, and ongoing review of our tax policies and strategies
Continuous work on minimizing tax risks within the group and ensuring global tax compliance (incl. preparation and review of tax returns)
Ongoing improvement and operation of a robust tax process for period-end closing
Support various VAT / GST projects for Europe and across the world supported by our external tax advisors
Oversee global transfer pricing system and support on maintenance and documentation
Support other functions in the implementation of new products from a tax point of view and enable our global product expansion
Maintenance of our ERP system (Workday) from a tax perspective
University degree or vocational training in tax or accounting-related areas with a solid track record in working in relevant tax areas
German taxation experience
Fluent German & English language (verbal & written) is fundamental
Tax Advisor exam preferred but not a must.
Ability to prioritise effectively and be motivated by a high-growth environment with its associated challenges and opportunities
Excellent communicator able to influence stakeholders
Passionate about building and optimising processes
A can do attitude and initiative to take ownership and drive projects
Autonomous, hands-on if required, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
