Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant : 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. In meinem Team präge ich nachhaltig die konkrete Ausführung unserer Investitionsprojekte zur Blindleistungskompensation im AC-Netz.
Im technischen Kompetenzbereich entwickele ich ein standardisiertes und gut durchdachtes Gesamtsystem, das über die gesamte Lebensdauer sicher und zuverlässig betrieben werden kann.
Meine Aufgaben
Führung eines Teams von internen Mitarbeitenden mit der fachlichen Fokussierung auf dynamische Blindleistungskompensationsanlagen, z.
B. Leistungselektronik oder Leittechnik,
- Erarbeitung der technologischen Grundsätze, Konzepte und Planungen für Projekte zur Erweiterung und Erneuerung unseres Übertragungsnetzes,
- Einbringung des Knowhows meines Teams in zahlreichen Projekten, technischen Lieferantengesprächen und Verhandlungen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Master, Diplom), z.B. Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbar,
- Kenntnisse der Hochspannungstechnik, vorzugsweise leistungselektronischer Anlagen wie HGÜ oder STATCOM,
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware, insbesondere MS-Office,
- Sprachen : sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil :
- Idealerweise mehrjährige disziplinarische Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Projektleitung komplexer Vorhaben,
- Erfahrungen bei der Beschaffung von technischen Anlagen,
- Engineering-Erfahrung, z.B. in der Auslegung von Anlagen.
