Executive Assistant to Regional Segment Head Automotive EMEA (f/m/div)
In your new role you will :
Be the
right hand of
Regional Segment Head Automotive EMEA in a dynamic business environment
Provide
administrative assistance and serve in an integral role the entire EMEA Leadership team
Schedule calendar meetings, setting priorities, ensure proper
time management and organize and maintain
travel schedules
Plan and organize
internal and external events (reviews, workshops, trainings) incl. required documentation and presentation
Contribute in the development of a
state-of-the-art communication setup and take care of
internal and external platforms as well as
social media channels
Assist in
projects and
support meetings based on new virtual features
Your organizational skills and talent for structuring various topics enable you to always keep an eye on the details without losing sight of the big picture.
Furthermore, you have an open mind and enjoy working in a team. In addition, you are personally committed to customer concerns, give them a high priority and can quickly establish a trusting, constructive working relationship.
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
- A completed vocational training in a relevant domain combined with extensive experience as an assistant , preferably as a personal assistant in an international environment
- The ability the work with state-of-the-art office and collaboration tools as well as a talent for organization and time management
- Already proven that you can make a difference with your proactive and open mindset
- A skillset characterized by active listening , validation of expectations and anticipation of needs
- Fun working with social media in a professional setting
- Business fluent English language skills, German language would be a plus
