Customer Success Manager MRI-DACH
Our Client
Our client is a highly successful international scale-up with solid funding behind it. They developed an AI aided MRI scanning product that makes the time it takes to do a scan 50% shorter, without compromising on the quality of the image.
It goes without say that this has a very positive effect on the patient experience. The company is operating in Asia and the US.
Very recently their product has been approved by the EU where they are now looking to grow their presence. Because of this we are looking for an energetic Customer Success manager with the passion for Medtech.
The role
The Customer Success Manager manager will the trusted advisor to the customers, hospitals acriss DACH. The main goal is this postion is to drive business value for customers through the use of the MRI Solution, and engage with customers to provide best practices to maximize the value of our client's solution.
Tasks and repsonsibilities
- Carry out (SAAS) product installation at new customer sites involving MRI scan parameter optimization and network setups;
- Train and assist customers to properly use the product for optimal compatibility based on the customer needs;
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding product usage and / or image quality;
- Train channel partners on product installation and MRI scan parameter setups
- Align with the Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager on sales pipeline priorities and renewal strategies.
Profile
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience;
- At least three years of MRI application specialist / engineer experience gained working for MRI manufacturers. Leadership experience would be a plus ;
- Ability to investigate, analyze and breakdown complex situations (ex. issues regarding MR image quality);
- Strong responsibility and urgency on resolving customer inquiries;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English on a professional level. Speaking German is a plus;
- Passion for continuously learning new technology and being able to provide value to the customer;
- Open minded and creative personality that loves working within an innovative scale-up;
- Able to travel around in DACH with occiasional trips to Asia
