Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in food delivery services, based in the beautiful country of Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and food-related industries, providing excellent support to our German-speaking clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery services.
  • Address inquiries concerning orders, menu options, delivery tracking, and service policies with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and culinary teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about food safety regulations and menu updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in the food or hospitality industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for food and providing exceptional service in Greece’s vibrant culture.
