Junior Data Analyst

We are currently recruiting a Data Analyst who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group.

Partnering directly with the finance, marketing, and product teams, your focus will be on deriving insights from the group data warehouse to produce both reporting capabilities and insights through to production.

What you will do

• Utilize our technology stack (Google Analytics, Big Query, Airflow, and Superset) to derive insights from the group data warehouse.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and product teams to produce reporting capabilities and actionable insights.
• Build visualizations and storytelling frameworks to present data in an engaging and understandable manner.
• Understand and analyze core e-commerce KPIs to support business objectives.
• Ensure data stewardship and the delivery of accurate and reliable data analysis.

What you should bring

• Mathematical, scientific, or engineering degree and one year of relevant experience or two-plus years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Big Query and SQL.
• Experience in building visualizations and storytelling with data.
• Understanding of Google Analytics 360.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complicated data analysis to non-technical users.

Bonus Skills / If you know some of this, even better

• Experience using Python, specifically creating Airflow DAGs.
• Understanding of data warehousing best practices.
• Some experience with or knowledge of source control (GIT).
