Ihre Aufgaben :
The Communication Specialist supports the Transformation & Change Management department within the Center of Excellence function of the Procurement organization.
This role contributes to the success of internal communication as well as complex global transformation initiatives in the Procurement community, by implementing effective communications strategies to increase stakeholder awareness, adoption and enthusiasm.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment.
Ihre Qualifikation :
- Bachelors degree in communications-related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc) is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience with relevant experience in communications, ideally with an interest in technology and innovation
- Excellent organization, project management and communication skills
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with ability to tell a powerful story taking complex concepts and transforming them into easily digestible, engaging communications
- Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (incl. SharePoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
- Experience in digital content creation (e. g. video creation) is preferred
- Experience working in a global, complex organization is preferred
- Experience / knowledge in Procurement area is a plus
