Real Estate Transaction Manager
Job Description
The Real Estate Transaction Manager reports to the Global Head of Facilities & Real Estate within the Wolt Finance organisation and is responsible for all leasing matters within our Woltwide office portfolio.
As a Real Estate Transaction Manager, you’ll be a vital part of a team that enables the dynamic, continued growth and refinement for all Woltians.
Our Transaction Manager independently leads office transactions for acquisitions, renewals, regears and disposals and is responsible for appropriate reporting on such transactions.
In general, within the Real Estate & Facilities Team we are always still growing, building, changing and our Real Estate Transaction Manager helps to create our standards and implements them consistently, helping leverage efficiencies in our transactions.
The Transaction manager is responsible for planning and executing of transactions, creating and managing related budgets and optimizing deal terms and costs in the process.
Be strategic - Work with business leads & real estate & facilities teams to refine our needs and match this to market offerings
- Act fast - Working with data ambiguity and creating flexible lease deals to suit the business
- Influence - as real estate transaction expert you work with internal stakeholders to make the best real estate decisions for the business needs
- Work cross functionally and cross country - within our 30+ country portfolio
- Building something new and take true ownership - We’re a small team and everyone owns their work end to end
Qualifications
We're excited about you because
- You are fluent in English (German not necessarily required)
- Have several years experience in international office leasing negotiations, ideally occupier focus
- Understand how to create flexible deals and leverage commercial terms creatively whilst mitigating any risks to the occupier
- Have good knowledge of key legal leasing terms and are experienced in lease reviews (don’t worry - we also have a legal team)
- Have an understanding of differences in leasing in international markets
- Can clearly create and deliver to transaction management KPIs
- You can work independently and own projects end to end
- You thrive on building something new and continuously innovating on the status quo
