About the role

As the Global Social Media and PR Manager, you will be responsible for driving our brand’s online presence and media outreach globally.

Reporting directly to the Brand Activation Lead, you will manage cross-platform social media strategies and global public relations efforts.

This role is crucial in enhancing brand visibility, engaging our audience, and building meaningful relationships with influencers, media outlets, and key stakeholders.

What can you expect to work on?

• Develop and execute global social media strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead and manage public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and relationship management with PR agencies and key media contacts.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand & Content team to align social media and PR efforts with broader brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencer marketing team to align and brief content deliverables from influencer
• Monitor social media performance and generate insights to optimize content strategies.
• Manage the coordination and execution of global PR events and campaigns.

What you bring :

• BSc. degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media.
• Proven experience in leading campaign development and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in German, Business-level fluency in English.
