About the role :
As an IT Support Specialist / System Admin Support (m / f / x) at Speexx, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees, assisting with all IT and telecommunications-related inquiries.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the on-site contact for our employees in the Munich office.
- Responsible for receiving, documenting, resolving, or forwarding IT support requests.
- Troubleshoot issues with workstations, phones, printers, and Office 365.
- Contribute to the on-site IT infrastructure department.
What We Are Looking For
- You are currently enrolled as a student and will remain so for the next 12 months in a field related to Computer Science or similar discipline.
- You have already gained initial experience as a working student or intern in IT support within an international company.
- You enjoy working with computer hardware and software.
- Experience with Office 365 and Windows.
- Basic experience in administering Linux servers is a plus.
- Self-responsibility, communication skills, and a team player attitude.
- Fluent English language skills; German is an additional plus.
- You live in Munich and are willing to come to the office 3 days a week.
