About the role We are looking for an individual with commercial talent and an affinity for model trains to support our Toys & Models team! What you’ll do Be responsible for curating model train auctions on a weekly basis Screen lots submitted by our users and use your expert knowledge to value them Understand and analyze KPIs and suggest possible strategies to fix underperformance or suggest strategies to grow Be a first point of contact for our sellers Liaise with Account Managers to bring in new business and diversify the selection of lots offered in your auction Liaise with the Business Developers to bring in new key accounts and top sellers, that diversify the selection of lots offered in your auction What you’ll bring Good grasp of market prices and good understanding of the various layers needed when curating a lot online Experience analysing and implementing data within your work, and utilising data for future growth and category improvements Excellent communication skills Good computer skills You are a natural team player and thrive in a diverse environment Fluent in English What you’ll bring The role is based in The Netherlands or Germany with a work-from-home arrangement Why You'll Love Working with Us Create a Visible Impact by working at scale in a global organisation that serves millions of customers across 80+ categories.

Our Offices and Way of Working Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most Catawikians are within commuting distance of one of our offices and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

This means we typically ask you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days, roughly 40% of your working time, to collaborate and connect with your colleagues.

Of course, if the job description specifies that the role is 100% remote such as for certain expert or sales positions then that arrangement will apply.
