We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters / Team Coaches based in Belgrade to join our delivery center.

In this role, your primary objective is to maximize the productivity and "agile delivery capability" of our clients' IT teams. You will most-likely work in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) or comparable environment, often coordinating with numerous external vendors and partners. You are not just a facilitator; you are a productivity driver who understands how to optimize flow in a complex DevOps landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Maximizing Delivery & Productivity

• Drive the efficiency of IT Delivery and DevOps teams by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workflows.

• Ensure the team is not just "doing Agile," but delivering tangible business value regularly and predictably.

• Protect the team from uncontrolled scope creep while maintaining high output in a high-pressure environment.

Agile Execution at Scale & Agile Coaching

• Act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train (ART) or Program, ensuring adherence to Scaled Agile Principles.

• Coach teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate Scrum events (Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) with a clear focus on actionable outcomes.

Transparency & Vendor Management

• Maintain absolute transparency regarding status, risks, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.

• Communicate clearly and confidently in a multi-vendor environment, managing interfaces between internal teams and external partners.

• Act as a bridge between technical delivery and organizational goals.

Technical Enablement & Innovation

• Leverage the toolchain (GitLab, Monitoring Tools) to visualize work and ensure data-driven decision-making.

• AI Integration: Proactively use AI-based solutions to reduce administrative overhead and enhance the efficiency of the Scrum Master role (e.g., for reporting, metrics analysis, or meeting facilitation).

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of active experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach, specifically with IT/DevOps teams.

• Methodology: Proven experience working within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). You must be able to demonstrate how you have applied these principles to solve real-world delivery problems.

• Results-Oriented: A track record of actually increasing team performance or delivery quality (not just holding meetings).

• Communication: Strong ability to communicate transparently and assertively with stakeholders and external vendors.

• Tool Stack: Deep practical knowledge of Jira (workflow management), Confluence, GitLab, and common Monitoring Tools.

• Language: Fluent English is mandatory.

Certifications

• Mandatory: Valid SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SASM, or SPC).

• Plus: PSM II/III or similar advanced agile certifications.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in the AgriTech sector or other strictly regulated industries.

• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in agile project management.

• Technical background in software development or system administration (to better understand DevOps challenges).
